No tracking numbers with order confirmation

I am about to place another order with this company and decided tto read the reviews which I never did before or did I write one. After reading the reviews that show negative feedback I was amazed at what people are writing about. Saturday deliveries, warranties and so forth. This place has nice prices that's why we buy from them and then you are unhappy about the things that raise the prices at other online companies like taking anything back and eating the shipping or saturday delivery. Even Amazon until recently could not sell you and item and deliver it the nex day for a few dollars. And it will not be the cheapest product if you do get that service. I have had excellent customer service and pricing with Houseneeds.

Called them, get voicemail menu. Push any button, get back to the voicemail menu. Pressing 0 gets you to voicemail.

Pulled wrong part for my order. Very similar part number so understand the error. The real issue is that the phone system never gets you to a person as noted by other reviews. I made over a dozen calls throughout the day attempting contact. I did finally get to the person via phone on the following Monday after emailing them the prior Friday. She is also actually the person who would have responded to email too. They are shipping correct part and due to return costs said keep the wrong part. Would be 2-star because of answering service that loops but I did finally get through after 2 days of trying and once I made contact the customer service woman resolved issue professionally.

Part of order is weeks late. No notification that item is out of stock or estimated shipping date.

Buyer beware. I ordered a Bosch part. It was defective. They say Bosch is responsible. Bosch says House Needs is responsible. No one will make good on it and I'm out $169 for a part and a plumber bill
